Raines Co. - Your Future is NowPosition Summary: In this position, you will work COBA cases, pet rooms and preventative maintenance. Raines has maintained a family-oriented culture that believes in building relationships with our associates, with our partners and within the communities where we operate.Essential Job FunctionsInspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.Plan and schedule repairs.Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.Any other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or Chief Engineer.EducationHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field preferredExperience(1) year of experience in a hotel engineering function or similar roleHours requiredScheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Physical DemandsEmployee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
