Description Job Summary: The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities and equipment within a hospitality establishment. This role is crucial in providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff by performing repairs and preventative maintenance tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Address guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems, equipment, and appliances.
• Keep maintenance logs and records of repairs or replacements for tracking purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in maintenance work, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC operations.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
