Maintenance Personnel - YOUTH EMERGENCY SERVICES : Job Details

Essential Functions* Ensure proper care of lawn and trees.* Operate a riding lawnmower* Operate a weed trimmer* Utilize various hand tools and power tools* Removal of weeds and spraying to prevent weeds* Snow removal in the winter time with plow, snowblower or snow shovel* Light maintenance in buildings including but not limited to drywall repair and painting.* Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.* Obtain quotes for work needed on grounds by outside vendors.* Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Good time management and organization skills* Good problem solving skills* Able to work with minimal direct supervision.* Ability to change as the job changes.* Other duties as assignedRequired Experience, Education, Certification* High school diploma or GED* Valid drivers license* Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
