As our Maintenance Planner, you are the linchpin in our plant operations. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere scheduling; you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our facility. You will plan maintenance activities, considering both short-term needs and long-term goals. Balancing preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reactive repairs, you keep costs in check. Your work contributes to our ability to provide affordable food to consumers.A Taste of What You'll Be DoingEfficient Planning and Tracking: Plan and track predictive and corrective maintenance activities efficiently.Backup Support: Serve as the primary backup to the Maintenance Manager and MRO Storekeeper.Reliability Assurance: Ensure equipment reliability aligns with the plan and meets reliability metrics.Technical Support: Provide technical and problem-solving support for recurring issues.Data Management and Practices: Manage data collection quality and sustain lean manufacturing practices.
