Our client, in the consumer packaged goods industry is seeking aMaintenance Planner/Schedulerto join their team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing and consumer packaging equipment experience which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Maintenance Planner / SchedulerLocation: St Peters, MO (onsite)Pay Range: $30 - $35 hourlyContract: 1 Year (extension/conversion possible)What's the Job?Responsible for coordinating materials and personnel to complete various maintenance activitiesResponsible for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope and analysis of required level of planningConducts field walk downs to identify and document job requirements.Identify specific safety hazards that will be encountered in the performance of the proposed work.Makes safety procedures including lock out tag out procedures available to employees.What's Needed?Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.Technical knowledge of consumer packaging equipment and operations is a must. Both liquid filling and/or powder filling maintenance experience is desired but not required.High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
