MAINTENANCE POSITION - Danvers Housing Authority : Job Details

MAINTENANCE POSITION The Danvers Housing Authority is accepting applications from qualified individuals for a full-time position in the Maintenance department. This is a 40-hour per week position and includes benefits. The hourly wage for this position is $38.39 with an additional on-call stipend when applicable. The applicant must work well with people and have work experience painting and in general carpentry. Knowledge and skills in a wide range of building and maintenance repairs including electrical and plumbing is a plus. The applicant must be physically able to perform landscaping and snow removal tasks and participate in an on-call schedule. The applicant must be able to pass a Criminal Offenders Records Information examination. The applicant must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license and a clean driving record.
