Maintenance Project Coordinator - Piping Rock : Job Details

Piping Rock is in search of Maintenance Project coordinator to work with the VP of Engineering and assist in the department. This position will be located out of our North Las Vegas, location.Responsibilities:

• Work with Plant Manager and supervisors to improve maintenance processes.
• Partner with Maintenance mechanics and supervisors on setting spare part quantities.
• Ensure all PM work orders are complete and up to date.
• Review Project plans to ensure timelines are met.
• Continuous improvement on work orders and machine down time.
• Monitor Operational plans for Projects, such as Renovation, Construction, Maintenance or Machine installation.
• Work with contractors to complete projects on time.
• All other Duties and projects assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of related Maintenance experience, in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of HVAC
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel
• Strong quantitative ability.
• Working knowledge of Maintenance Software.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
