Maintenance & Reliability Engineer - cargill corporation : Job Details

Support, develop and execute defined, base capital projects which includes supporting and reviewing awards bid packages for labor and equipment including contract negotiations with the procurement and legal teams. Accountable for preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance optimization for value added resource utilization while obtaining decreased emergency down time from asset failure. Facilitate, implement and monitor reliability centered maintenance and cause analysis for value creation and identify and develop red to green projects based on proactive strategies and follow ups to increase asset life. Identify predictive tool application and understand all tools being applied in the plants, and implement, monitor and guide management of change processes according to reliability excellence principles. Implement, monitor and mentor reliability elements of manufacturing excellence and be accountable for execution of deliverables within all capital projects.
