DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform skilled journey level work in several trades including electrical, plumbing , carpentry, and painting for approximately forty-six buildings. Your primary focus will be to install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and appliances. The ability to e xercise technical independence, determine work methods, and use p reventative measures is important in the proper maintenance of our campus.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
+ Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
+ Overtime and travel as needed.
+ Free parking!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
+ Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
+ Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the required knowledges, skills, and abilities.
Special Requirements:
+ You are required to be in possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
