This positionrequires the ability to sell preventive maintenance programs designed to reduceowning and operating costs to building owners, property managers and seniorlevel executives in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Applicant must be an energetic, focused andpersistent self-starter who will continuously generate and follow-up on leads,prepare and present proposals and close business designed to ensure long-termcustomer satisfaction. We offer comprehensive initial and continuous training,excellent salary with open ended incentive program, company car, healthinsurance, vision / dental insurance, 401(k), and strong careeradvancement opportunities.POSITION DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Sales RepresentativeREPORTS TO: Sales Manager and/or Selling General Manager/General ManagerPRIMARY FUNCTION: Redeem annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at company approved pricing standards. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
  • Close total annual weighted sales at a minimum of ten (10) times (x) annual salary after completing the initial sales training program.
  • Qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
  • Aggressively manage quotes to close sales.
  • Plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage personal time to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Appraise and survey mechanical systems, determine repair, modification and/or maintenance requirements.
  • Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions. Properly apply company pricing policy and the Linc ServiceĀ® pricing system.Account Expansion: - IVIncrease existing customer maintenance coverage and/or other services.Market Development: - IVIdentify prospects in assigned market. Promptly follow up on leads and referrals. Establish customer rapport and identify needs. Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure booking goal is consistently met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
