Maintenance Shift Technician I - Rutland Regional Medical Center : Job Details

Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, initial troubleshooting, and inspections on a variety of building systems and components and on a variety of equipment and devices used in clinical and non-clinical areas.May have concentration or specialty in a particular trade such as carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or mechanical.Technical extent of work will not require licensure or certification unless under the direct supervision of a qualified and licensed technician.Minimum EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent.Minimum Work Experience1-year experience in facility maintenance and operations (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or finished carpentry) preferred.Required Licenses/CertificationsMaintain valid driver's license.Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification (*required within 1 month of hire)Required Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesDemonstrated safe work practices in trades required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer's instructions.Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills.Pay Range: $18.35 - $27.23COMPETITIVE DIFFERENTIALS RATESo$4.25 - Eveningso$8.00 - Nightso$4.75 - WeekendsPI98092c98d61d-35216-#######3
