Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist at M-B Industries Inc. located in Rosman, NC. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, and troubleshooting tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Certification in Maintenance or related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
