Job Description :
Maintenance Specialist Role and Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly safety inspections on facilities
  • Clear the sidewalks and parking lot of ice and snow
  • Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
  • Repair and paint walls/ceilings as needed
  • Repair doors and windows as needed
  • Assist in moving furniture and other items as needed
  • Assisting with vehicle maintenance
  • Complete electrical and/or plumbing tasks as needed
Maintenance Specialist Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • HS Diploma / GED
  • Certification in Electrical work or Plumbing work
  • Experience with light repairs and drywall/painting
