Insight Global is looking for 10 Inventory Associates to assist Coparts Special Operations Command catastrophic response teams after Hurricane Milton has stopped The CAT Inventory Associate will be responsible for vehicle clean-up and general labor throughout the facility. The CAT Inventory Associate will prep vehicles for inventory per company guidelines while maintaining company standards for accuracy and cleanliness of the vehicles. In addition, the CAT Inventory Associate will perform general labor tasks for the facility which can include general facility clean up, minor repairs, and other duties. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart's practices, the CAT Inventory Associate will help facilitate the Copart experience by providing excellent service to customers of Copart.
Must Haves :
- Verbally state they can pass drug test and background check
- Committed to 34-week contract
- Okay with performing general labor in response to hurricane Milton (cleaning cars and yard, etc.)
- Must be 18 years or older
Required Skills & Experience :
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred:
- Driver's license
- Bilingual
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders daily
- Assist members as needed
- Escorting customers to vehicles
- Clean, vacuum, and wash vehicles according to criteria
- Shrink-wrap vehicle for storage
- Secure personal documents according to criteria
- Maintain a clean yard
- Maintain spill response
- Maintain neat, organized building/shop
- Maintain a safe working environment according to criteria
- Performs other duties as assigned by CAT Management
- Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area
- Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles
- Determine operational capability of motor vehicles
- Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles
- Maintain inventory of all materials used
- Compliance to company policies and procedures
- Compliance to safety requirements
