Maintenance Superintendent - Infinitek Limited : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients factory. This role involves leading shift operations during production campaigns and managing maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of the facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that production goals, cost efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Lead daily factory operations to meet production targets, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintenance Management: Plan and supervise maintenance tasks during and between campaigns, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products and by-products, adhere to food safety protocols and meet customer quality standards.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce company and regulatory safety policies, ensuring a safe environment for all employees, visitors, and contractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Previous experience managing teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
