Maintenance Superintendent - Michaels Communities : Job Details

1. Participate in all maintenance projects, including periodic inspection of all units, buildings and common areas. Perform repairs and janitorial assistance as needed, as well as specific maintenance as detailed below .. Schedule and assign work order requests, adhering to maintenance priorities .. Obtain bids for work and/or services. Coordinate maintenance related contractor activities, including contract negotiations and scope of work. Have full knowledge regarding contracts, suppliers, their goods and services .. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies. Adherence to monthly, quarterly, and annual budget perimeters for purchasing in necessary supplies .. Maintain accurate records for all required logs, preventive maintenance, warranties, inspection, inventories and work orders ..
