Job DescriptionSummary-
Supervise Maintenance, repair and modifications of equipment for 2nd shift operations. Record incoming work, assign priorities according to production requirements and manpower availability. Insures that parts and tools are on hand, maintain log of work completed, overtime records, review time sheets for accuracy. Supervise and train repairers and utility persons assigned to Maintenance. Enforce safety and productivity standards. Keep morale high and maintain a cooperative interactive relationship with subordinates.
This is a 3:30PM to 11:30PM role.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $79500 to $99,300 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1.5X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
