MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Entegee : Job Details

Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for managing maintenance personnel and overseeing activities for building, grounds, and equipment maintenance, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical production equipment
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and repair skills, including single and 3-phase electrical systems and control wiring
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and work orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PLC programming experience preferred
• Basic understanding of production/manufacturing environments
• Forklift licensure or ability to qualify for licensure

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, reviewing work orders and prioritizing tasks
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all building systems and production equipment
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance staff and address advanced problems
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of maintenance and janitorial staff
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for repairs and system upgrades
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S + 1 principles
• Perform other duties as assigned
