A leading company in the production of top-quality baked goods is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Philadelphia, PA location. This organization is family-owned and operated and takes a customer-first approach to large-scale, private-label baking. They serve a variety of key markets in the U.S. and around the globe. They support customers from initial concept and product development to full-scale production, packaging, managed delivery, and beyond. This organization already has a well-established maintenance team and folks with prior military experience.In this role, the candidate is responsible for ensuring equipment integrity and timely repair. You will effectively support the preventative maintenance (PM) program with a focus on decreasing bakery downtime.Additionally, you will:- Analyze problems and interpret technical information necessary to make required repairs (troubleshooting of equipment issues)- Complete all assigned work orders within the time allotted- Keep good records of all work assignments and communicate across all groups and departments- Be able to identify required parts, current inventories, and to list the parts required for reorderThey are looking for someone who has had hands on experience in a leadership role. You will ensure the easy transition between two shifts. This is a noon - 9pm, Monday through Friday role.
