ITS has a client in the Toledo, OH area seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Tech. - This is a direct hire role with full benefits including 401k. - -Position Summary
  • Utilizing Total Preventative Maintenance principles develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment in the -facility.
  • Attend pre-shift and post-shift crossover team meeting - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Perform daily start-up and shutdown procedures. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Repair any manufacturing equipment in the event of a failure. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Maintain a spare parts inventory for all manufacturing equipment in the -facility. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Perform necessary in-house projects. Keep an up-to-date log of the timing of these projects. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Perform any facility repairs as needed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Identify and correct any safety issues inside the -facility.
  • Work with outside companies to perform any required projects that are not completed with internal resources. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Complete all required paperwork (shift notes, PM logs, work order documents, etc.) as instructed by the Team Leader/Manager. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  • Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

  • Perform another task as assigned by the Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or ManagerWork Experience Requirements:
    • A minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers.
    • Experience with six-axis robotics.
