Maintenance Supervisor - Adecco : Job Details

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Muncie, IN to lead the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of essential systems and equipment across our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance:
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, burner systems, air compressors, and hydraulic systems.
• Piping & Valve Maintenance:
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems throughout the facility.
• Maintain and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges, and meters.
• Welding & Fabrication:
• Weld and repair carbon and stainless steel components to meet AWS D1.1 standards.
• Layout and fabricate mechanical components from blueprints or sketches.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Provide training and leadership on maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical failures, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
