Are you a bilingual leader with a strong maintenance background? We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 10-12 technicians in a thriving industrial manufacturing environment known for its innovative recycling and sustainability practices.

About the Role

This hands-off leadership position will allow you to guide a skilled maintenance team, ensuring operational excellence in an organization that values efficiency, environmental responsibility, and a commitment to the circular economy. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be crucial to fostering collaboration and team success.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with operations to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Lead safety briefings, task assignments, and after-action reviews.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on both engine-driven and stationary electrically driven equipment.
  • Manage reactive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and team training.
  • Ensure the maintenance of non-equipment assets, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor construction work.
  • Identify, source, and coordinate parts, materials, and third-party vendor support.
  • Handle administrative tasks like timesheet review, employee evaluations, coaching, and interviewing new hires.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Maintenance Supervisor and 6+ years maintaining large, complex equipment in industrial, agriculture, or heavy machinery sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: At least 2 years supervising maintenance professionals and fostering teamwork between operations and maintenance groups.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven troubleshooting experience with hydraulics, industrial mechanical, and medium-low voltage electrical systems.
  • Education/Training: Formal training or certifications in industrial maintenance (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
