Do you have experience leading a team in a high speed manufacturing facility. Assisting Management and driving Company objectives around total productivity maintenance, safety, efficiency. If you do please continue reading the description and send your resume. § Associate's degree or five years of maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility, which includes five years of supervisory experience, required.§ Prefer experience with plastics technology.§ Experience working with critical tolerance measurements and delivering high-tolerance results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.§ Thorough understanding of all process and auxiliary equipment (liners, scoring, DESCO printers, laser printers, image).§ Preferred experience with successfully passing third party audits such as ISO, AIB, Milk Shippers, FDA specific customer audits. Prefer candidates with experience in Good Manufacturing Practices for the food industry and medical as well as HACCAP.§ Preferred knowledge of Operational Excellence (OPEX) techniques and/or experience with continuous improvement techniques such as, but not limited to Process Flow Design, FMEA, Poke Yoke, Standardized Work, TPM, etc. Computer experience using Windows based software, such as Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project.§ Knowledge of CMMS system§ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.§ Demonstrates strong team skills, and team leadership skills.§ Training and communication skills.§ Critical Thinking and Forward Thinking.§ Strong results orientation. RESPONSIBILITIES§ Position is a second-level supervisor and is accountable for multiple units or groups through the direct supervision of at least one supervisor; the subordinate supervisor manages three or more employees.§ Supervises the development and implementation of improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools in support of business and strategic plans.§ Development and implementation of functional and cross-functional projects, plans, and programs in support of business and strategic plans. Proactively communicates project direction and status to appropriate personnel.§ Determines priorities, timelines, resource assignments and provides employee performance feedback and reviews.§ Accountable for the activities and results of their subordinates.§ Interpreting and integrating customer business strategies into appropriate manufacturing action plans.
