Foreman

Job Summary: The Foreman will lead the landscaping team, ensuring high-quality and detailed landscape maintenance, airfield operations, and slope mowing while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Laborers and Tractor Operators, including those responsible for airfield and slope mowing.
• Plan and manage daily work schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Oversee detailed landscape maintenance, including pruning, mulching, and maintaining ornamental plants and flower beds.
• Inspect work areas to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Train team members on the operation of equipment and adherence to airfield and landscaping safety protocols.
• Maintain records of completed tasks, materials, and team performance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in landscaping or management are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in detailed landscape maintenance, such as caring for ornamental plants, flower beds, and specialty landscaping features.
• Familiarity with airfield mowing operations and safety protocols is .
