Your Role

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to maximize plant efficiency.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve any equipment issues that arise.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental standards.
• Inspire and guide the maintenance team to reach operational objectives.
