Based on experience.Employment Type: Full-timeWork Environment: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with OT as requiredJob Summary:The Maintenance Tech provides support for the department by maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment and machinery. This position supports the manufacturing operations to ensure the equipment is running properly and machinery.Duties and Responsibilities:* Perform maintenance on all types of production equipment with limited supervision.* Follow all company safety and quality requirements.* Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment throughtout the department, includes maintenance on production equipment/machines.* Perform schedule safety inspections throughtout the department.* Provide mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance to equipment as needed.* Mucst have experience in metal fabrication and welding* Must be able to work flexible hours, overtime, or weekends as needed.Requirements:* 5+ years of previous industrial maintenance to include mechanical, hydraulic, and electric experience.* Ability to use and understand precision measuring tools and equipment, safet use of hand and power tools.* Requires good communication and technical skills along with being detail oriented* Troubleshooting/diagnostic skills required.Physical Demands:* Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout the day* Regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms* Regular bending, stooping, stretching, twisting, and turning* Frequently required to stand (up to 10 hours) and walk* Noise level is usually moderate* Exposure to head and cold extremes at times* Exposure to potentially hazardous production areas (heavy equipment traffic, slip/trip hazards, airborne dust/debris, etc)
