Starting Wage $18.00 per hour

40 hour/week Full-Time Year-Round

Tues-Fri 6a-4:30p

• Priority - Fountain maintenance
• Completes work orders assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader and Management.
• Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner.
• Maintains working relationship with SOA staff.
• Properly performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by Maintenance Team Leader.
• Makes general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical, and other minor community/building repairs as required.
• Maintains daily log of maintenance activities as directed by Maintenance Team Leader.
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requirements.
• Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write reports, and comprehend procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software and internet software.
• Valid driver's license.

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is frequently required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
• The employee is required to be able to use ladders.

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions.
• The employee is frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
