Join our skilled maintenance team, where you'll ensure that our machines and equipment operate smoothly and safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.

New & Improved Wage: Starting at $33.74/hour with potential for growth!

Schedule: 8pm-8am on a rotating 48/36-hour weekly schedule (Training on day shift).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical systems

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections

Ensure machines run efficiently by disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and lubricating parts

Identify and report damaged or broken parts

Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns safely and efficiently

Complete necessary reports including work orders and machine logs

Contribute to machine and equipment improvement projects

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills

Experience with preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs

Basic electrical knowledge in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and organizational skills

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience, including industrial maintenance, repair, machining, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Experience with PLCs is a must

Vocational or community college coursework in related fields is a plus

Must have own tools/toolbox

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
