Maintenance Technician – Medical Device Manufacturer

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team in a fast-paced, high-speed automation environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment, including injection molding machines, robots, and assembly equipment.

Shifts Available:

• 12-hour day (6a-6p) or night (6p-6a) shifts (2/2/3 schedule)
• Pay: Up to $34-$35/hr with a 10% night shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on high-speed automation equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow cGMP standards and complete necessary documentation
• Assist with changeovers, setups, and quality checks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Experience with automation equipment (plastics background a plus)
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and hydraulics/pneumatics
• Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols
