Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift Location: Goshen, IN Hire Type: Direct Hire Salary: $25-$28/hr Must Have: Industrial Maintenance Technician background Job Summary:

• As a Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our powder coating department.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including powder coating guns, controllers, booths, ovens, hoists, cranes, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and repair PLC and HMI systems and their associated circuits.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the safe operation of forklifts and aerial lifts.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using maintenance software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid forklift and aerial lift certifications.
