The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring operational reliability.The company is open to both Direct Hire and Contract-to-Hire placements, offering flexibility to meet your career goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Modify and adjust production equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Identify and address potential problems to ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge, including pumps and gearboxes.
• Basic electrical knowledge; experience with PLCs, boilers, HVAC, and welding is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility (preferred).

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment screenings.
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call as needed.
