Position SummaryOur client builds lasting relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service, innovative solutions, and superior PVC covers and jacketing systems for the insulation industry. The maintenance team plays a key role in maximizing equipment efficiency through preventive maintenance, routine upkeep, and timely repairs. This role focuses on maintaining and upgrading equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.Essential Accountabilities

• Support Process Efficiency:
  • Maintain smooth operation of vacuums, extruders, ovens, in-line systems, chillers, and cooling towers.
  • Address repairs and issues with lighting, extruder heaters, and electrical cords.
  • Repair and install conduits as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems when possible.
  • Perform amp readings and check fuses on ovens and in-line systems during mold changes.
• Ensure Equipment Integrity:
  • Uphold applicable standards and specifications to ensure machinery operates efficiently, effectively, and safely.
• Foster Collaboration:
  • Promote interdepartmental communication by addressing electrical and mechanical issues and collaborating on repairs as needed.
• Additional Duties:
  • Perform other tasks and assignments as required.
