ROLE SUMMARY: Are you excited to kickstart your career in a hands-on technical environment? Our Apprenticeship Program is designed to help individuals grow and develop skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes. If you're eager to learn, work in a fast-paced environment, and solve complex problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!As part of our Maintenance Technical Apprentice Program, you can expect to receive cutting-edge training from industry experts in the beverage production space and to learn about critical processes that shape how we operate the way that we do. Alongside that training, you will also take on the responsibilities of a Production Technician. This means you will also be involved in the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and technical work that happens. This will allow you to apply the knowledge and skills you acquire in your training to real-world scenarios.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Gain practical experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Assist in performing quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks and accurately record data in computer systems.
- Support process analysis and decision-making on equipment maintenance and improvements.
- Follow plant safety and sanitation requirements, ensuring all tasks are completed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and process mapping using Lean methodology.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance technical skills and increase earning potential.
- Document and communicate maintenance and quality-related events clearly using computer systems.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED required.
- Industrial experience preferred. Successful candidates typically have one or more years of experience in: troubleshooting skills, ability to identify a problem and use analytical skills to identify the root cause and implement sustainable solutions.
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures required (e.g. lock out /tag out, confined space entry, etc.).
- High-speed manufacturing, packaging, or industrial facility experience.
- Forklift operating experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds.
- Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Computer skills required.
