Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician/ CustodianPrinciple Purpose of Job: To assist with repairs with the Building Supervisor. To ensure the property is clean and well kept. This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm. The position is with one of out premiere associations located at the north end of Myrtle Beach, SC.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Understands written work orders or verbal instructions from Manager.
• Custodial work to include: pool cleaning, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, moping, dusting, pressure washing, etc.
• Able to work without direct supervision.

RequirementsREQUIREMENTS

• Some knowledge of OSHA related safety codes and practices is preferred.
• CPO Preferred
• Must be reliable.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
