This is a permanent fulltime position which will require weekend and holiday work as necessary. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.When requested, will work closely with and/or under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and to complete or assist with facilities maintenance projects which may include:

Extensive carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC repair methods and standards

Basic electrical skills-Troubleshooting and repair

Mastery of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work

Roofing

Painting and preparation

Pressure Washing

Resolving other misc. maintenance issues
