Maintenance Technician II - Hilton Hotels : Job Details

Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings. Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning. Replace light bulbs and ballasts. Repair closet/drapery tracks, replacement of furniture Stain furniture and repair knicks and gouges. Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects. - Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement. Qualifications. High School Diploma 1-2 years experience in maintenance.
