Job Location : Wilmington,OH, USA
The hours of this position are 6:45pm to 7:00am. This is a 2/2/3 schedule.
Hourly Compensation Based on Experience: $27 - $35
Core Responsibilities:
* Ensures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times
* Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads.
* Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Productions Management/Supervision, and/or Operators.
* Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM).
* Assists, coaches, and trains operators in daily preventative maintenance (CIL) checks
* Supports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift
* Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance/process events
* Assists and participates with other plant projects as needed
* Operates in a manner that provides value to the team
* Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management
Qualifications:
* Computer Skills: Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
* Proven experience in working unassisted with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor
Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
* Strong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Working knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus
* Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a plus
* Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; Strong decision making, analytical skills and
proven ability to work cross-functionally
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
* Strong mathematical skills; Success in planning, executing and managing projects
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of
audiences
* Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7
manufacturing environment
Education Requirements:
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* Advanced education and/or related-certification(s), a plus
* Certifications & Licenses:
* Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech s Training
* Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
* Completion of two year Maintenance Certification course
* Stick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plus
* Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
