Maintenance Technician - GEE Group : Job Details

GEE Group is working with a leader in advanced automated machinery solutions in seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including single and three-phase.

· Work with PLCs, servo motor drives, and perform PLC programming.

· Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and customer drawings.

· Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical components and subassemblies.

· Perform machine wiring and troubleshoot Servo motion controls and VFDs.

· Train operators and maintenance staff on machine operations and maintenance.

· Conduct onsite machine installations and startups.

· Occasionally handle tasks outside the primary role.

Key Requirements:

· 2-year degree in technology/electronics and 2+ years of experience with automated machinery.

· Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.

· Experience with Siemens or Fanuc CNC/PLC systems is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and communicate technical information effectively.
