Duties Include: Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner; Assure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined; Receive and follow maintenance schedule and instructions from supervisor; Perform routine maintenance; Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service; Properly clean and store equipment after use; Follow fire safety policies and procedures; Replenish maintenance supplies as needed.
