Our goal is to be the preferred partner in the industries we serve. The position of Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various machinery and heavy equipment. Essential Functions:

  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on all shop machinery and equipment
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on the buildings and facility
  • Routinely survey & inspect equipment, buildings, and facility
  • Diagnose and repair broken, or damaged shop equipment as needed
  • Perform repairs on hand & electrical tools as needed
  • Identify potential hazards or unsafe machinery and make necessary repairs or replacements
  • Schedule and facilitate maintenance and repairs performed by outside contractors
  • Service and maintain facility HVAC systems, ice machine, irrigation, & alarm system.
  • Maintain an inventory or spare parts as necessary
  • Perform inspections & repairs on job site office containers
  • Keep up to date documentation of equipment maintenance & repairs

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Technical training and/or education in mechanical repair and maintenance of applicable heavy equipment and machinery
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance field
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
  • Creative problem solver with ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
