About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled CM-Maintenance Technician to join our MacArthur Center team in Norfolk, VA. As a CM-Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of our properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that our properties are in top condition and meet all safety standards. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Experience with property management software
• Experience working in a multi-unit residential setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
