Maintenance Technician - Park Place Communities Management : Job Details

Maintenance is accountable for all day-to-day property maintenance activities and enhancing the value of the property. Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:Curb appeal and grounds maintenanceAppliance repairCarpentryPlumbingMachine and equipment repairBasic electricalBasic HVACMake-ready process / remodelingPaintingDrywallInspectionsWork with any potential vendors to increase and maintain curb appeal and perform any/all contracted servicesOversight of old home demolition, lot preparation, and new home deliveries.Other duties and projects as assigned by Management Qualifications:Maintenance experience must - manufactured home experience a plus!Knowledge of City and County manufactured home regulations a plus!Team-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detailCommunication skillsStrong judgment and decision-making skillsStrong customer service skillsAble to work independently, as well as part of a teamAvailability to work on-call, and as needed during non-business hours - some Saturdays requiredMust be able to lift / carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
