Responsibilities

+ Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on technical equipment, including Industrial Inkjet Printers and Laser Printers

+ Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

+ Replace or repair parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems

+ Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.

+ Repair or replace faulty components as necessary.

+ Ensure proper integration of new equipment with existing systems.

+ Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software issues, resolving hardware problems, and answering questions.
