Would love to find someone who is interested in growing to Supervisor level.Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates.Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry.CFC/EPA Certification (Universal or type II) to handle refrigerant and hands-on HVAC repair experience is required for this skilled tech position. Reliable transportation required.
