Maintenance Technician - Tarantino Properties : Job Details

Sunrise Pointe Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance (Make Ready/ Porter).Duties: •Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner •Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair •Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements •Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas •Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements: Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated. Must meet the following qualifications: •At least 12 months of onsite experience •Possess valid Identification •A/C certification - HVAC is preferred Benefits:

RequirementsSpecific Requirements: HVAC certified is preferred and good in electrical and plumbing.Additional Details: Must live within 30 minutes to the property and have their own reliable transportation.
