ClarkLindsey is undergoing major expansion, and this team member will maintain the new spaces as well as the existing buildings. Applicants should have a genuine interest in working with older adults, and have a high standard for their work, combined with a service-minded approach to getting things done. As much of the work will take place in the resident apartments - their home - it is necessary to embrace the qualities of friendliness and compassion while proactively and accurately carrying out variety of maintenance requests. Successful team members are relationship-focused, able to and consider the safety, comfort and needs of the residents in every interaction. Specific experience working with and knowledge of automatic doors and door openers such as Besam, ASSA ABLOY, Horton and others is preferred.Experience with door security systems such as WangerGuard preferred.Ability to participate in and pass a provided training and certification program to operate ClarkLindsey's indoor swimming pool systems.The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn new systems, techniques, technologies and processes to help ClarkLindsey demonstrate excellence in the operation, functionality and appearance of the buildings.
