Maintenance Technician - Beck Oil Company of Illinois : Job Details

Welcome to the role of the Maintenance Technician at Beck's! Our team is looking for someone who is ready to jump into this hands-on maintenance role in a dynamic work environment.You will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving problems related to mechanical systems at all our Convenience Store and Car Wash locations. What You Will Do:

• Perform maintenance for convenience store and car wash locations
• Inspect and test mechanical equipment to diagnose problems and determine need for repair.
• Repair, adjust, and maintain machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Install, replace, and repair worn and broken parts.
• Assemble and install new equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment for faults and malfunctions.
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Monitor and document maintenance activities.
• Follow safety practices and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Oversee the installation of new equipment.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to other technicians.

What You Have:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record - Required
• 2+ years of experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Experience with HVAC - Preferred

What You're Good At:

• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and accurately
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and effectively
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
