MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Maple Leaf Farms : Job Details

We are urgently seeking a multi-craft technician capable of performing multiple maintenance trades including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, stainless-steel fabrication, Robotics, and other mechanical crafts. In this role, you will perform emergency repairs to optimize production quickly and efficiently, while also managing periodic maintenance and project work.

- Sign-On Bonuses:- B-level Mechanics: Receive a one-time sign-on bonus of $1,500. Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular checks on machinery, such as belts, chains, electrical cabinets, and greasing.2. Troubleshooting: Address mechanical, 480v & 120v electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other issues promptly.3. Record Keeping: Maintain thorough records of all performed preventative maintenance.4. Machinery and Equipment: Dismantle and reassemble machinery and equipment for necessary repairs.5. Parts Research: Identify and request necessary parts for repairs efficiently.6. Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor or manager.7. Professional Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with other departments.Skills and Abilities:1. Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with Windows and CMMS systems.2. Mechanical Abilities: Strong aptitude in mechanical tasks.3. Electrical Skills: Preferred experience up to PLC troubleshooting and repair.4. Fabrication: Ability to perform stainless-steel fabrication and welding (preferred).5. Industrial Systems: Experience with industrial refrigeration and mechanical systems (preferred).6. Troubleshooting: Capacity to diagnose mechanical problems for production and other plant equipment.7. Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand technical documents, work orders, and labels.8. Communication: Effective communication skills across all levels of employees.9.
