Maintenance Technician - Staffmark Group : Job Details

Pay: $23 per hour

We are searching for a motivated individual with flexible availability. You will start on 1st shift working 12-hour days (7 AM - 7 PM), then move to 2nd shift (7 PM - 7 AM).

Essential Functions:

* Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.

* Referencing equipment manuals and other technical literature.

* Performing emergency/breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.

* Contacting and working with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results.

* Accurately using measurement and test equipment.

* Performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed.

* Accurately and completely preparing and maintaining maintenance records and other paperwork.

Requirements:

* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

* 2+ years of verifiable maintenance experience in a warehouse environment.

* Well-rounded electrical, mechanical, analytical, and machine shop skills and experience.

* The ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods and list up to 50 pounds.
