• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (must be flexible for on call & rotating weekend work)
• Pay: $25-$28 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain zero-turn mowers, golf carts, and Kubota tractors
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Handle woodworking and other general maintenance projects around campus
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students and staff

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and woodworking
• Comfortable driving zero-turn mowers, golf carts, and Kubota tractors
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Valid driver's license
